Overall responsibility for tax planning, reporting and controversy matters for: (i) CNN, Cartoon Network, and all other members of the Turner Networks family; (ii) the filmed entertainment, television, and other segments of Warner Bros.; and (iii) all HBO networks, and other Time Warner business units throughout Asia, including Australia and New Zealand. He has many years experience in tax planning and advisory matters, including the establishment and operation of tax efficient IP licensing and deferral structures, tax structuring for foreign investments (and divestment), and BOT and JV structuring/restructuring in Asia. He has served in various capacities in tax related organizations, including as President, Tax Executives Institute Asia Chapter, Chairman of the Revenue Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and Member of the Hong Kong Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation.

Tax Partner, responsible for Hong Kong and Asian tax advice, tax structuring, etc. In that capacity he lead teams advising corporations on all aspects of their legal and tax organization, such as advising (i) Hong Kong companies on their worldwide tax planning exercises; (ii) international companies on the tax aspects of their restructuring activities in the PRC; (iii) Asian companies on their legal and tax structures in Asia; and (iv) Indonesian companies on their tax efficient offshore borrowing structures.

Duties included all aspects of Hong Kong tax practice, including the preparation of Hong Kong profits tax returns, and related compliance activities for a diverse portfolio of Hong Kong and international clients; Hong Kong tax advisory projects, and regional tax planning.
