The first 25 years of my working life were in the City and for the last 15 years I was employed by Icap, the World's premier inter-dealer broker as a Stg interest rate swap broker. When the City and I very amicably parted I followed my life-time ambition of setting up and running an art gallery, The Saffron Walden Gallery. After 11 successful, but not particularly profitable, years I feel I need a new challenge and have passed the CeMap qualification in Mortgage and Protection advise. Running an Art Gallery can be quite a solitary existence and the opportunity to work in an interactive and busy office environment appeals.
