My strong interpersonal skills allowed me to forge strong relationships with many different organisation's which meant I was able to offer my services in a variety of different roles. These varying roles included being a head coach, lead coach and youth club coach. Within each specific role I was able to develop strong adaptability skills as I was working with all ages and abilities.
