I work with a multi disciplinary team across a 7 hospital health system to maintain and further develop the denial management program. I Additionally have ownership of building the transplant and research AR routines within the EPIC platform; designing and implementing reporting processes and using the data effectively to manage all AR components such as - Revenue, Cash Collection, Denial adjustment as compared to industry benchmarks, and Aging ( over 90), Then through various 'dashboarding'​ report progress upwardly to senior executives.

By applying Six Sigma methodology, our goal is to target specific system inefficiencies and improve workflows through administrative simplification. Current vendor partner list: Athena, GE Healthcare, NHXS, NextGen. •Responsible for working directly with the AMA’s delegated vendor of choice to improve claims payment accuracy. Current goal is to obtain 95% claims payment accuracy on the National Payer Report Card as reported by the American Medical Association
