Responsible for 1) Business development for Earth Science, Exploration, and Small Spacecraft Divisions; 2) Manage several key accounts: Cisco Systems, Google, BP, Shell, Pipeline Research Council International Wildfire Monitoring & Disaster Response, US Forest Service, State of California, and many others ; 3) Partnership Development; 4) Business management of technology seed development projects; 5) Business Development Team responsible for developing partnerships with industry, academia, and other government agencies: 6) Outreach and Inreach Marketing of NASA technology; and 7) Other Teams responsible for SBIR/STTR support (marketing and program management), intellectual property processing (i.e., New Technology Reporting, Patenting, Software Releases, and Licensing), agreements processing (Space Act Agreements, Enhanced Use Leases, InterAgency Agreements, etc.), and Awards processing. Team consists of 13 direct staff members and 3 subcontractors.

Responsible for product marketing of PCI Express protocol analyzers and exercisers (test equipment). Accomplishments include product proposals, marketing requirements documents, product specifications development, program management, strategic partnerships management, compliance workshops, product promotion, pricing, market segmentation, sales support, etc.

Responsible for worldwide sales and marketing for InfiniBand switch boxes, host channel adapter cards, NAS storage systems, and management software.

Responsible for worldwide sales and marketing for InfiniBand, RapidIO, and PCI-Express switch and bridge chips for the server, storage, telecommunications, and embedded computer markets.

Responsible for the management of sales of high performance interconnect products (adapter cards or NIC’s, switches, and ASIC’s) for the enterprise market and software tools for clustered and distributed systems.

Responsible for the management of worldwide sales and marketing of simulation and math software products and the management of the foreign distributors.

Responsible for the general management of a software product business with a staff of twenty people. Products include Ada cross compilation systems, Ada and Pascal software environments, real time embedded computer systems, emulation/simulation software systems, and various software development tools.

Responsible for establishing a Northeast regional office for both performing contract engineering research and development business and marketing a local area network and software product line for manufacturing facilities automation and control.

Responsible for developing and managing several new product development programs including engines, heat pumps, refrigeration systems, compressors, industrial/residential burners, and appliances.

Responsible for proposal preparation, new product development, engineering staff (40 engineers) technical direction, and management of the development of the engineering analytical and design capabilities of the division.
