- Responsible for North America's Repo Collateral margining which includes approving wires, gathering cash and security break updates and ensuring all margin calls are sent and responded to on a daily basis- Manage the resolution of disputed margin calls by running portfolio reconciliations to ensure each trade’s exposure is in line and all trades are allocated - Regional representative for the function’s continuous improvements initiative aimed at quantifying the functions successes whether it be risk mitigation, time or cost savings or process automation.

- Led and executed an initiative for compliance which focused on the standardization of approximately 20 processes between each region of the Global Client Valuations Group- Oversaw the production and distribution of over 30,000 client valuations while serving as the point of contact and subject matter expert - Produced and presented reporting packages to senior management, including monthly analysis for the firm’s Governance Forum, ad hoc analysis for the firm’s Risk & Control Officers, and served as primary point of contact for all portfolio consolidations in the US

- Oversee the production and distribution of over 10,000 client valuations while serving as the subject matter expert for client queries- Produce and present several monthly reporting packages to senior management and regional point of contact for fixed income trade consolidations- Utilize pivot tables, vlookups and macros in excel to manage and report the status of over 14,000 fixed income securities monthly- Two time recipient of a Barclays Global Recognition Award for Excellence (4Q2014 & 2Q2015)

- Produced and distributed the department’s monthly performance scorecards which provides a detailed analysis of the firm is overall portfolio including changes in inventory and assessments of risk- Provided an in-depth analysis of the department’s acquisitions and consolidations using comparables analysis and risk metrics to determine the optimal portfolio composition- Offered excellent ad hoc support as a main contact between our department and each firm regarding firm issues, inquiries and requests

- Researched existing and potential business development of commercial/residential real estate in Philadelphia with emphasis in the development and revitalization of the Central Delaware Waterfront- Created and distributed all quarterly reports to investors with an average partnership contribution of $3 - $15 million in invested assets - Projected one, five and ten year pro forma statements based on our buildings’ current and future rents and occupancy figures
