As a Network Support Analyst at King's College, I apply my IT hardware and network skills to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the campus network infrastructure. I graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems from King's College in May 2022, where I gained a strong foundation in computer and information sciences, as well as practical experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and security. I have been working as a Network Support Analyst since July 2022, contributing to the improvement of network performance, reliability, and security for the college community. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and other IT professionals to provide quality service and support, and to learn new technologies and best practices in the field. I am passionate about network infrastructure and its role in enabling communication, collaboration, and innovation. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills, and to pursue new challenges and opportunities in the IT industry.
