I have experience in Sport Development, specifically at the community level. Having been apart of local football and cricket clubs my whole life, sport development is a real passion of mine. My role as Secretary at Flinders Cricket Club has taught me skills in member attraction and retention, communication with stakeholders, organising events and development planning. The Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) has helped me to understand the roles organisations play in sport at both the elite and grass root levels.My placement with the Collingwood FC gave me a practical insight into how elite sporting clubs operate in regards to receaching their fan engagement targets in conjunction with achieving development goals for the sport as a whole.
