Marketing Manager
Current- Lead marketing strategy and execution for Greystar’s emerging and fast-growing age 55+ Active Adult Apartment portfolio across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
- Grow lead generation and interest across multi-channel marketing mediums including PPC, SEO, display, social media, email, ILS, website, video, print, sponsored content, outdoor advertising, and direct mail campaigns.
- Develop various forms of marketing content including search engine copy, email marketing copy, video scripts, on-site marketing and sales print collateral, print advertising, and direct mail campaigns.
- Identify marketing optimizations for my portfolio based on multiple reports and data sources, proactively adjust campaigns, and monitor performance results to meet KPI’s and ensure efficiency.
- Analyze local market information using consumer profiles, heat maps, and applicant demographic data to develop insights used in the implementation of community-specific and unit mix demand marketing strategies.
- Curate and analyze monthly reports prepared for internal colleagues and capital partners; communicate key findings and lead discussion around strategic initiatives.
