• Ensure proper set up of collateral - advance rates and asset types, as well as maintenance • Perform internal Quality Check for all new loans and renewals. • Manage Past Due Loans Report, Loan Document Deficiency Report, Error Log, and Short Margin Report. • Attend the GFO Lenders Meetings and WM/Loan Op Process Meetings to provide feedback on processes and coordinate cross team efforts.
