Researched and developed the F3 Storage Methodology to help clients determine the storage solution that best fit their needs, increasing storage sales and customer satisfaction. Attained certifications including VMware VCP3, VCP4, Microsoft MCP, MCTS: AD, NetApp ASAP. Planned and executed successful VMware upgrades starting with VI 2.5 through the 3.x series to the latest vSphere 4.1.Performed P2V conversions, as well as rebuilding existing systems from custom templates to increase value and speed adoption of the VMware environment. Managed around 100 servers and VMs with over 100TB of Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN storage. Developed strong technical writing skills, particularly architectural plans and documentation. Managed switching, routing, and firewall/VPN internally and for several clients ensuring reliable, available network access for local and remote employees.
