I provide internal IT administration and support for Orange Logic. I maintain the Orange Logic servers, workstations, and networks throughout our offices. I work intimately with our developers to facilitate new system setups, rolling out updates, and troubleshooting IT-related issues. I have become well-versed with Amazon Web Services offerings, such as S3, EC2, Route 53, CloudHSM, AWS CLI, and all of the related services. I work with our project managers and implementation specialists on setting up systems for our clients and assisting clients with some of their technological needs.

I provide IT services to a wide customer base diagnosing problems and offering advice and solutions. I provide full online support, telephone support and complete onsite support. Using great analytic skills, I provide swift diagnoses of problems. I also use my expertise in customer care and communication skills as well as an awareness of varying levels of client technical competency to provide excellent service.

I maintain and improve office equipment ranging from printers and fax machines to severs and workstations. I manage the integrity of the office server and its peripherals with both hardware and software to include onsite and off-site backup procedures. I setup workstations by building them and/or installing the operating system, the required software for that particular workstation and updates. I also repair both hardware and software issues on all office equipment as required.

I assisted both graduate students and post-doctorates with their own research by using Atomic Force Microscopes to locate nanotubes on devices and determine the nanotubes' approximate height. I also carried out a senior research project that involved quickly and correctly identifying whether a nanotube is semi-conducting or metallic using both Atomic Force Microscopy and Electric Force Microscopy. At the completion of my senior research project, I wrote a 28-page thesis paper on my findings and how the technique I studied could be applied to future projects in the lab I worked.

I served the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. I handled the clientele with the utmost professionalism.
