As CEO, Bill initiated a corporate transformation to build on the company's defense electronics heritage into a premier provider of intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance (ISR) systems and services. Increased shareholder value by 345% culminating in the successful sale and integration of the company into Raytheon.

Bill led the company to expanding revenues each year, tripling the company in three years, culminating in the successful sale and integration into Applied Signal Technology. Dynamics Technology provided integrated sensor and signal processing products and services to government and commercial customers.
