As a Service Manager at Michel Tires Plus, I manage a shop of 10 employees, make sure we are working as efficiently as possible. I build estimates and present the estimate to the customer. Once the job is sold, I make sure the job is completed in the time it is promised. In the occasion the job will not be done in the time promised, I keep the customer informed and make arrangements for other transportation if necessary.

As an account executive I called on businesses through cold calling and provided leads. I maintained current accounts and upgraded their services where possible. I covered a five county area.

My responsibilities at Unity were the same as AT&T. The only exception is that I covered a 12 county area.
