Project was completed within a month including Software , equipment installation and process validation.Implemented the Honeywell Building Management System upgrade from PlantScape to Experion. Designed and supported the implementation of a signal split system for the OTC Honeywell DCS that separated the system into a Qualify Building Management System and a Utility Management System using the same instruments. Reducing the hardware installation cost and time to a minimum and without affecting the calibration process work load in the system.Completed the Overall Equipment Efficiency implementation project. Submitted idea that increased tablets production capacity on the Advil Area by several millions and reduced project implementation cost from a of 16 million dollars to a 3 millions dollars project.
