One of them interacting with call application and the other one with bootmanager and FOTA (Firmware Over the Air) to automatically configure Symbian cellphones.

Working for 2 years in a development project as a technical leader responsible to help other C/C++ developers in their tasks and integrating their codes on the final product (some Motorola cellphones). Intense use of Clearcase (control version system) and Unix/Linux commands (working as reference on shell scripts' development).The project was a really convergent project. To do so we used CTP (Cordless Telephony Profile) of Bluetooth protocol. This way we could join a cellphone with a landline phone to get the better of both.Working for 6 months in a music player development project for a new Motorola platform as a technical leader using C++ language.

Management of work hours, hours spent on each ticket, scheduling of activities, an algorithm to find the better technician to work on each ticket are some of the system's functionalities.Technical leader and developer of a Workforce module responsible for analysing defect tickets and trying to find the correlation among them. This process helps the carrier to find problems in bigger equipments that affects many more people than those that opened the defect tickets.
