In this role, I build and maintain systems and templates to determine the profitability of prospective sales of unbranded light oils products. I use a variety of data sources and systems to build integrated models to succinctly show expected outcomes of financial transactions quickly and accurately. I rely heavily on Power BI and DAX to provide the greatest efficiency possible when transforming pre-existing data models.

-Assessed three pricing software systems for greater efficiencies across Lubes, delayed implementation due to budget-Oversaw process automation for daily review of orders resulting in 20 man-hours saved weekly-Examined list pricing for all bulk products with cooperation of sales and aligned pricing with current market conditions-Worked one-on-one with Sales Representative to accommodate and respond to customer requests-Conducted a product-wide price increase utilizing PROS, SAP, and proprietary software systems-Documented critical processes within Lubricants Pricing for future knowledge transfer and coverage

-Created new process to forecast demand of finished materials and recommended raw material stocking level changes-Established stardard process to review stagnant and low volume products for deletion from SAP-Built precursor to CRM software system in Excel for sales team and conducted training seminars for higher utilization-Analyzed case presentations for Lubricants Business Committee to ensure increased margins and/or efficiency

-Conducted full annual review of two light oils customers for contract compliance and economic benefit-Implemented new demurrage review process for outstanding claims ranging from 30 days to three years old-Scheduled and managed diesel fuel shipments along Colonial Pipeline produced at Lake Charles Refinery-Improved multiple daily and weekly tasks with the utilization of macros and more efficient spreadsheet design

-Assess the application and benefit of JDA Supply Chain Strategist Tool in order to optimize supply chain decisions and forecasting. -Developed model for dry goods supply chain from suppliers to specified warehouse locations and service areas. -Programmed macros to populate sets of data for upload and analysis into the optimization tool. -Presented results and recommendations to high-level stakeholders within the company to show change in vendor analysis method.
