CurrentAt CenterPoint, I:• Created a Python CYME script to automatically identify unfused laterals on our 12kV and 35KV distribution circuits, increasing accuracy and efficiency by 99%• Designed a Python CYME script to analyze and recommend settings for lateral protective device placement as part of Phase 2 of the Greater Houston Resiliency Plan to install 4,500 single phase cut-out mounted reclosers within 9 months. • Wrote a Python CYME script to auto create 51 element relay settings for 3 devices in series which coordinates up to the available fault current in model.• Program intelligent grid switching devices with SEL 651 controllers• Aid during storm duty as a damage assessor to help line crews more safely and efficiently get customers back in service• Brought knowledge to fellow engineers by presenting on how to learn and utilize code to improve our efficiency, sharing knowledge with colleagues. • Meet regularly with vendors to inquire of new technology that could bring value to the company• Mapped and improved our internal process for how we order and install voltage regulators to remove gaps and streamline work
