I firmly believe that people are every company's greatest asset. I also believe that people grow based on the opportunities and investments given to them. My specialty is developing those people at scale, whether it be leaders or individual contributors, and finding opportunities for employees to learn and apply new skills. I started my career as a sales leader leading a small sales team and ended up managing a sales center of 100 plus employees. After doing well as a sales leader, I got the opportunity to revamp sales leadership and onboarding which was my first foray into the world of Learning and Development. During that time I became a Certified Scrum Master and instructional designer. My success has come from implementing the Addie framework across my team and always looking to answer the questions - How are we measuring success? How will we prove this works? That emphasis has allowed me to create first-class learning experiences that drive measurable results.I am currently leading the Global Programming Team at Red Ventures which is responsible for onboarding, compliance, and leadership training.
