* Project and Program Management, Project lead roles, and Owner’s Rep experience in both the private and Public sectors, including: DSA, DOE, and OSHPD* Wide range of experience with different types of construction, materials and methods, and contract types, including Design-Build, CM at Risk, Cost Plus, Lump Sum, GMP (Guaranteed Max Price) contracts* Extensive knowledge of all aspects of the construction project life cycle, including capital expenditures, project initiation, setting realistic client expectations, scoping and design basis, pre-construction activities, critical path scheduling, design reviews with A&E’s and Owners at key points in the drawing development, providing constructability reviews, construction management, RFI’s and Change Orders, Closeout documentation, managing punch list walks, and commissioning of HVAC, and air balancing, lighting, mechanical, controls energy efficiency projects, and financial and administrative closeouts* Experience with major authorities having jurisdiction, and familiarity with requirements for OSHPD, DSA (Dept. of State Architects), and DOE (Dept. of Energy); * Highly skilled at verbal and written communications, delivering thorough and accurate status reporting, financial and project milestone and schedule related updates to executive management, as well as owners, clients, vendors, subcontractors, Architects, and Engineers of Record of project status. * Years of experience as an onsite Project Engineer with Owners, General Contractors and an Architects and Engineers firm responsible for construction administration tracking, a Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Owner’s Rep, led weekly construction meetings, as well as change order meetings with clients, owners, Architects, Engineers, Client Vendors, and General Contractors* Experienced in risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies, for hazardous materials abatement, environmental impact mitigation, as well as other types of project risk
