Started the Asia Pacific operation and grew the regional team to 30 sales professionals. Introduced industry-first HD videoconferencing systems to the region. Managed LifeSize’s overall sales and marketing functions for the entire APAC region. Achieved over 100% revenue growth in the first two years since LifeSize first product shipped with worldwide revenue contribution in the range of 20-25%.

Established and managed a highly skilled technical support operation for the entire Asia region. Worked with regional and corporate teams on product marketing, positioning, and launch for the Asia region. Became the focal contact between distributors and product divisions for product support requirements, homologation, and localization. Supported Asia distributors in product pre-sales activities: network planning and implementation consultation, project management on large strategic installation rollouts, site surveys coordination, product configuration and quotations, and delivery of technical and product presentations
