In my current role I manage ticket queues and perform systems administration for the Atlassian suite of products -- Jira, Confluence, and Slack. This includes running these services from EC2 instances hosted by AWS and performing installations and upgrades using GitHub scripts in a Linux environment. I develop automation within Jira to meet the needs and improve the processes for our engineering teams. I create documentation and identify issues with current processes to improve standards.Previously in this role I performed systems administration for Google Workspaces and also was heavily involved in the onboarding and offboarding process, working closely with our Identity and Access Management teams as well as hiring managers.

I also developed documentation and identified improvements to existing processes while working on projects to improve IT standards.
