 Responsible for creating adjustments on accounts receivables such as bad debt write-offs and recovery, finance charge write-offs, and receipt corrections.  Develop credit/debit memos to balance accounts, tax adjustments, back charges, NSFs, discount adjustments, AR refunds/rebates, and cash app payment log and receipt reports. General ledger, job costing, credit entries, invoice corrections, and supply purchasing.  Manage HR functions including payroll for multiple states, federal/state payroll taxes, and employee benefits Originally performed Safety Manager and Shipping Supervisor duties.
