I work full-time as Willow Creek's worship pastor organizing weekly worship services, scheduling planning, coordinating service details, equipping youth and team members to lead worship. I am also responsible for giving direction to Audio technicians, Video team, Creative team, Lighting technicians, Visual technicians, Decor team, Media team, etc. I am also coordinating as Communications Director working to communicate full-circle information both in and out of house.
