Responsible for employee recruitment processes including reviewing employment applications, conducting interviews and coordinating job placement processes for all AES craft positions in Kuparuk and Alpine Oil fields, 2 AES subsidiaries and the AES corporate offices in Anchorage. Maintain positive, lasting working relationships with new hires, hiring managers and industry professionals.

Assist Recruiting team with screening, notifying and other follow up communication with qualified applicants. Communicate with job applicants to include responding to applicant questions and notifying applicants of non-selection. Conduct job applicant reference checks, employee background reports for new hires and returning employees to distribute to hiring managers.

Coordinate all travel arrangements including airfare, hotel, conference registration and post-travel reports for the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership. Manage schedule, emails, and phone calls on a daily basis to ensure effective time management and project coordination. Reconcile financial reports such as corporate credit card reconciliation and reimbursements for COO and senior program leadership.

Manage fiscal accountability of department, monitor and report multi-school budgets, ensuring appropriate coding of resources, tracking of employee records, purchase orders, check requests, timesheets, etc. Serve as point-of-contact to 30+ field staff for data collection, monthly reporting and procurement. Provide timely and ongoing data collection, input, and management for program decision-making and reporting purposes. Coordinate the logistics of the department’s special projects and events located in schools, within CITC, the community at large as well as company travel and staff training needs.

Arrange all travel paperwork for approval and submittal to Accounting. Procure all supplies and financial documents including purchase orders, check requests, etc. Provide support services to 30+ Education Department field staff in the local school district.
