• As part of a scientific research project, developed research protocols and wrote surveys to assess St. Louis area resident’s attitudes towards public transit. Assisted with the facilitation of weekly resident focus groups, and conducted one-on-one interviews with local business owners, policymakers, and organization CEOs to learn their thoughts on the health impacts of public transit.• Developed surveys in Qualtrics that collected data from over 400 city residents. Conducted statistical analyses of the data which informed public health policy recommendations.• Synthesized and interpreted the findings from quantitative and qualitative research in a report shared with stakeholders including local non-profit organizations and local government officials.

• Helped prepare printed materials and physical spaces for over a dozen conferences. Assisted conference attendees by greeting them and guiding them to event locations.• Managed a customer relationship management (CRM) database for the department by updating constituent information and maintaining contact lists.• Conducted preliminary research for upcoming studies and wrote literature reviews for ongoing studies the Center chose to pursue.
