Programs used Aderant, Gowlings Recovery Services (GRS), Debtx and Lender. Data entry for opening new and editing existing client information for Real Estate and Patients. Analyzed and entered all Disbursement’s then posted for Canada Post, couriers, process servers, real estate levy, and weekly billings from Teraview. Twice daily processed Minister of Finance Checks, printed and signed- two signatures for over $500.00, then distributed to mail room on fourth floor in appropriate mail slots.

Seasonal position-Assisted customers both in store and via phone with their projects, costs and estimates and to understand local by-laws.

Started with new store set- up, hired on as Overnight Stocker. Replenishing store shelves in all Departments. Filled in for Janitorial staff when they were short handed, plus the compactor. Assisted customers when the store was opened during Christmas shopping hours. Set-up display's and front end caps. Used mobile scanners and plan-O-gram.

Set-up new store for opening, and in store when store was being renovated while still opened for Shoppers Drugmart.Worked in Dundas, Oakville, and Hamilton.

Started working in warehouse, packaging items for transport, loading trailers of goods to be shipped out. After about 2 months was asked to fill in on production side to run a CNC as operator was out sick, I was asked to run my own machine after 3 days of helping production side.After learning how to start the CNC in morning with system calibration, measuring first off piece using Calipers for proper measurements from blueprints, and where rails and suction pads to be placed for different products, ran CNC orders of the day. Switching programs for desired order.After quality of running this machine I was asked to fill in on other CNC's which I learned how to use and properly run 5 different CNC's, plus a CNC/edge banding combination machine. Plus learned how to use the most expensive machine the company had the 924/IMA, a proto type all computerized CNC, edge banding, took wood off and placed back on skids the finished product. this machine had many moving parts which needed constant monitoring. I was given more responsibility when the Supervisor was not on the floor or busy, to do first off checks for the other operators and to sign off that proper measurement's of the piece meet company's specs. Plus I trained new or temporary employees on the proper procedure's of using and running the CNC's.I was asked to make a manual's for all the CNC's, from morning start up and running procedure's for new or temporary employees. Plus what to do if a problem happens and what to fix or look out for to solve the issue. How to set up the rails and suction pads for the different products that was to be run on that CNC. Was a member of the Quality Control Team.

On gate duty I would log in traffic of truck's bring in or out trailer's, contractors, clients or repair companies doing business with Fluke Transport. I would patrol the warehouse for break-ins, fire or weather damage. This would all be logged in every shift on my Duty Report, every hour, plus what was on the Guest Log In sheet to be sent to headquarters once a week.

First started out doing Special Event nights at the Hamilton parking lot for Hamilton Place, Copps Coliseum, and any other events that required staff to patrol and collect parking fees of the parking garage at King/Main and Bay streets. I was asked to do foot patrol at Camco for a vacationing guard for one week. After 3 weeks I was asked back for permanent Breezeway guard duties from the Site Supervisor. I learned all the Safety Alarm and procedure's on different areas of the Plant that had its own safety mechanics which all came to Breezeway as central system station. Used Multi-line phone system as the Breezeway station was the point of all in-coming calls to the Plant and Office. Redirected calls to the appropriate extension. All visitors to the plant or office was given a visitor pass and personal information was logged in. Had a mini-mail room for Plant Management and Department Heads, for mail dropped off in Breezeway and I took all Call-in's for sick and absent plant works, which then a form was filled in by myself and placed in appropriate department slot. If an alarm sounded I had to find out were and contact patrol guard to investigate and report back so I could inform security alarm company to send local Fire/Police to site. I had to view and change the tapes of the CCTV system of the plant and parking grounds of Camco. There were 3 recording machines and tapes for all 7 days for each machine. Changed the tape for example Monday for Tuesday, all 3 recording machines. Viewed the monitors for any problems. Had after midnight my own every 2 hours a foot patrol of vital spots of the plant and office building. When the Site Supervisor was off duty (Monday-Friday 8-4) I was the one in charge off the gate and foot patrol guards.All logs for alarm, CCTV,phone records and all visitors, I filed into appropriate cabinets at the end of every shift. This included all guard Duty Logs and my own Duty Log of happenings and patrols or what I did every hour.

Started from the cooks position and after 7 months I cross trained to pack orders and then 1 month later on to cash. Learned to take orders of customers and up sell always. Cashed out till, counted and made balanced till. Set up float for next use. Packed orders to company specs, and cooking of sides. Took phone calls of inquires and orders for pick-up or delivery. Became the main Trainer of the kitchen around the 1 year mark. Trained and mentored all cooks and cross-trained employees. Even those from Head Office as part of their contract position, I trained and told the history of Colonel Sanders and his company he grow to make learning to cook fun and informative. Even the CFO of KFC Canada didn't know all the information I knew when he himself was in for his 3 day training.At about 15 months I started the Supervisors training. I reached passing the 2nd exam with 1 to go when PepsiCo sold KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Huts in Canada. I still be came a shift manager, learning inventory, scheduling, filing, end of night close outs for the store, close of the POS machines and cashing out the deliver drivers. I even helped with week, month and year end inventory/close outs. Key holder, opened and closed store, hiring new staff and evaluation all workers, learning all functions of a fast food restaurant. I worked in 4 locations, 3 on Hamilton Mountain and a combo KFC/Taco Bell at Jackson Square.

Cleaning and security of medical clinic. Helped people find their doctors office and learned to use a floor polisher and large floor washing machine. I worked the heavy cleaning aspect of the clinic, the hallways, stairwells, under ground parking lot, and out side. Took all garbage from the 4 other cleaners out to bin outside. Keep watch on doctors, patients and fellow co workers as security.
