William has 13 years legal experience in advisory, drafting and representing clients in diverse general and civil litigation matters. He appears as counsel in all the courts including the lower courts, the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court, attended various interlocutory hearings and conducting full trials. Some of his cases have been reported in the local law journals. In his previous legal practice before joining Gala & Tomik Advocates., Kuching (a member of ZICOlaw), William managed legal departments and handled banking and commercial litigation involving recovery of various banking facilities, hire purchase, enforcing foreclosure proceedings, various execution proceedings and insolvency. William has also acquired experience in areas of civil claims, commercial disputes, insurance claims, matrimonial disputes, divorce and custody proceedings, industrial relations, debt recovery arising from commercial, cases of personal injury and fatal accident, land lease and tenancies related matters.William has in May 2016 been promoted to a Partner of Gala & Tomik Advocates., Kuching (a member of ZICOlaw).
