As the local bridge to communicate with global and reginal cross functional team such as global site, R&D, Quality, Commercial, etc. Meanwhile, be as the NPT lead to work with cross functional team to align and define the strategy, define the launch plan, ensure the on time full compliance execution, to drive local NPI activities ensure flawless integration and on time launch in the Chinese market. As a critical part of work, also responsible to manage the expectation from senor leadership team and communicate with wide scope internal and external teams. Except the new product launch operational work and results, based on the previous launch experience and benchmark with industry best practice, use strong lean knowledge and skills to define the E2E new product launch SOP which standardize the process and pave the way for future continuous improvement. This role covers wide scope from R&D, plan, source, make, deliver, quality till commercial realization. So far I had successfully launched large molecule, small molecule products across wide disease areas (such as oncology, immunology, infection disease, Nervous System, Diabetes, etc.).

As the solid packaging lead, take the full responsibility to manage the 7 packaging lines daily operation, follow the production schedule, ensure the 100% on time production attainment. Work with global EPM (Enterprise Project Management) team to roll out the new project management system-Instantis, lead the cross functional team to redefine and continuously improve the site project management process. starting from the capacity evaluation, business case preparation, lead the site critical CAPEX projects, such as Uhlmann new blister packaging line project, new compressing machine project, etc. Except the operational work, use the strong Lean knowledges and skills to deliver the site CAPEX project management SOP.2) Site long term strategic capacity management. As the site JONOVA system owner, work with global Supply Chain Modeling team to keep evaluating the site capacity status, supporting different business scenarios analysis, deliver the solutions for balancing & optimizing the equipment utilization.3) Take the role as site ME2(Manufacturing Equipment Excellence) Champion, work with cross functional team on prepare and pass the pre and formal external audit. Drive the site reliability improvement projects.4) As the project manager to lead the critical projects, such as McKinsey POBOS (Pharma Operation Benchmarking) project, global market required product 2D matrix traceability code implementation work, etc.

Together with worldwide young talents to have training (totally 6 weeks in US), also had 3 different cross function & sector rotations within J&J:1) First rotation is in Xian plant production department as production supervisor, responsible for production key project management, site long term Capacity management (evaluation & solution), production support work.2) Second rotation is in Shang Hai JJC (J&J Consumer) supply planning team as material planner, responsible for Johnson adult and baby products with more than 500 SKUs. Manage more than 200 SKU materials PIPO (Phase in phase out) switch, meanwhile support NPI projects.3) Third rotation is in Xian plant engineering and quality as utility engineer and validation engineer. As site IT supervisor, responsible for leading new IT system development and existing IT system maintenance. Some critical system such as 1) MFCS (Material Flow Control System) which uses systematic solution to control the batch material flow and ensure the 100% consistency with batch records. 2) China track & trace system led the site cross functional team to setup the business case, clarify the URS, select the external partners, define the E2E solution, conduct system development and testing, user training and finally work out the SOP to standard the entire process. 3) PRS (Production Reporting System), work with global supplier to design, develop and deploy the PRS system to online on time monitoring the equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), breakdown, with the customized dashboard can provide different view to different levels the real time information. 4) Customer call center led the hotline call center system design, development and deploy.
