What they found was when digging deeper was that in particular a compound called Sulforaphane a Sulfur based molecule that is created only when two phytonutrients come in contact upon chewing, was providing extremely positive results in testing, things like detoxification and increases of natural cellular repair by increasing natural antioxidant production and ever since scientists have been tearing apart Sulforaphane, its an amazing read, just one story though, in the 90s a report by The New York Times was done on Paul.
