• Supervision of 5 staff members in administration and operations for domestic and international freight services• Monitoring all paperwork and procedures for internal and external audits• Managing time and priorities under the strict time pressures of flight deadlines• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and external stakeholders• Co-ordinating meetings with external stakeholders such as Virgin, Qantas and Jetstar airlines and Pak Fresh management• Conduct risk assessments and internal port audits• Coordinate with logistic partners while managing backorders, track deliveries and monitoring the service level of suppliers• Develop and implement policies and procedures to keep complete control on supply chain flow and foster efficiencies• Maintain and oversee inventory management records while organizing stock maintenance activities.• First point of contact of escalation for all customer, staff and supplier enquiries• Analyzing OH&S and Security procedures and undertaking reports and risk assessments• Recruiting and training team members to be fully operational within a time frame• Assessing rules and following guidelines to ensure cargo meets all the airline requirements and regulations• Liaising with customers on a regular basis face to face and via phone• Using supply chain management systems such as ICargo and Amadeus• Maintain and oversee inventory management records while organizing stock maintenance activities.
