Numerous customer visits/ presentations.• Preparation of detailed customer proposals.• Significant problem solving/ technical input during ongoing projects to ensure project delivery within the required timelines/ budget.• Project Management of multidisciplinary teams involving Chemists, Analysts, QA, purchasing etc.• Strong literature searching skills including Scifinder, Belstein, and STN.• Experience in a wide range of different chemistries from conventional small molecule chemistry through the synthesis of peptides and other biomolecules (e.g. Antibody drug conjugates).• Familiar with a wide range of different analytical techniques (e.g. NMR, HPLC, UPLC, IR, UV, MS, CHN analysis, pH, etc).• Strong Presentation Skills: regularly present the results of ongoing projects internally, externally (to customers) and at chemistry conferences.• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Project, Chemical literature-searching databases).
