Including agreeing Technical aspects of SLA’s, setting of micro testing suites and interpretation of results.Implementation and continued technical support of HACCP programmes for 4 UK Operational regions.The key technical stakeholder for incident management and disaster recovery.Management of the Ocado Logistics QMS including Policies and Procedures including chairing meetings with various stakeholders, writing and reviewing documentation. Project consultancy; advising and risk assessing various projects within the business domestically and globally including; new site builds, new equipment commissioning and new operational processes including completion.Restructuring of all technical, food safety and compliance tasks to streamline the central function and increase responsibility of senior management at the 40 UK operational sites.Assisting with the merging of the technical compliance function and the health and safety function.
