Led Tesla's charging infrastructure development in the New York Tri-State area. Managed a team that handled site selection, contract negotiation, site design, utility planning, as well as state and local policy coordination. Oversaw level 2 charging deployment in dense urban areas. Tasked with solving the challenges of bringing DC fast charging to New York City for the first time, signed dozens of locations representing hundreds of chargers throughout the region, including all five boroughs of NYC.

BlackBox Manufacturing was founded in 2013 by William Watts. Based in New York City's Brooklyn Navy Yard, BlackBox designs and builds custom composite parts using additive manufacturing techniques.

Co-founded a handmade Bamboo Bicycle company.
