Since 1999, I've been hard at work in the world of "small town journalism." I've covered numerous Southern Chester County and Delaware communities, providing in-depth news and event coverage for a variety of publications. I continue to broaden my journalistic horizons, covering topics that are both interesting and challenging, having written in detail about numerous environmental agencies and causes, as well as religion, local politics and education. There is no subject matter beyond my scope, and I look forward to continued success in this area. In 2013, I joined Gatehouse Media and the Hockessin Community News, in New Castle County, Delaware, where I cover both Hockessin, Pike Creek, and Northern New Castle County news and events. I am a proud father of three children, and I enjoy 70s cinema, comic books, sushi minus the shellfish, and pondering just how much my Linkedin page is starting to sound like a dating profile. Check out a few samples of my work below, including a last-minute video interview with the notorious Bam Margera, a feature on a great annual event that has been going on for over a hundred years, and video samples from various events.
