While working as a CSR for ARC's legal department , I would assist clients ( usually , initially through phone calls ) and then assess their needs , which refers to the kind and/or size of a specific job and the completion time requirements of that client's unique job.I would then drive out to the client's law office located anywhere in the Greater Vancouver Region.Often times, once I had arrived at the client's office they would want to reiterate the job instructions to me because the jobs could be quite complicated and the clients wanted the assurance that they were speaking directly to someone who would intern write down and outline the exact requests ( to the LDS associates ) once I returned to our office with the aforementioned job.When I worked for the legal department ( for seven years ) , the job of a CSR often required me to respond to client's calls seven days a week , to truly serve the client's needs , ie. , I would often drive out to Burnaby on a weekend to pick-up a time sensitive , completed job and then drive back to downtown Vancouver, to the client's office, where the client would often be working that same weekend as well. Our clients were always extremely grateful for everyone's extra efforts !Because we ( Peter Coles and I ) went out of our way to fulfill and exceed all of our client's needs , we developed a very close , genuine relationship with the vast majority of (our) ARC's , LDS clients !
