As part of this role, Will worked on the team that oversaw the transformation of Capital One's Campus from a corporate office to what is now a mixed-use development known as Capital One Center. His project accomplishments include working on the tallest office building in the Washington DC area, building a world class performing arts center known as Capital One Hall, the construction of a 300 key hotel known as the Watermark, a 1.2-acre sky park known as The Perch, Capital One's newest office building and most recently Capital One Park. Will also oversees retail construction for 250K sq ft of retail space located at the Tysons Campus.

Primary function is supporting the Capital One Tysons Development team on their headquarters, development located in Tysons Virginia.Assisted on the design and buildout of 3 large projects within the development.o 31 Story Headquarters (1M SF)o 34 story office towero Buildout and design of a block within the development that will encompasses largerretailers, a preforming arts center, and other site amenities.Responsibilities are to manage and coordinate the retail tenant fit-out, assist the development managerin building turnover engagement with Regional Teams and other service lines, and to manageindependent projects as an Owner’s Representative and Project Manager.

Responsible for managing tenant improvement design and construction projects in the Tysons and Mid – Atlantic Regions for Capital One.Other responsibilities include establishing an approved project budget and schedule that will be tracked throughout duration of the project. As well as coordinating and directing all aspects of the design andconstruction process. Responsible for managing the implementation and organization of internal and building-to-building moves for Capital One. Running weekly churn moves of 20 to75 associates in addition to handling project moves associated with construction and building restacks. Additional responsibilities include:Provided onsite support for major project moves:o Laurel, MD 450 associateso Portland, OR 350 associateso Wilmington, DE 600 associateso McLean, VA 400 associateso Vienna, VA 300 associateso Approximately 1,500 moves quarterly

Work with the project management team to ensure consistency in business operations within the Mid-Atlantic region. Develop and maintain overall operating procedures and guidelines established by Capital One and act as a resource to the project management team during day-to-day operations.Additional responsibilities include:  Maintaining project databases, maintenance of historical data and budgeting. Administers purchase orders to external vendors. Collects all invoices for Mid - Atlantic region, verifies their accuracy in comparison to thepurchase orders, process and organizes them electronically by project. Generates a weekly report which is sent to accounting in order to have checks processed forpayment of external vendors
