• Researched issues related to vehicle downtime within Tesla Service Centers. Conducted interviews, gathered and analyzed data from Service Centers within the Bay Area and across the United States to understand root causes.• Piloted deep dive analysis into technical diagnostics including procedures, tooling and escalations support. Developed a Best Practices guideline for vehicle diagnostics for use by Tesla automotive technicians.• Identified an opportunity for systematized organizational learning. Designed the framework for a lessons learned program to capture best practices for technical diagnostics within Service Operations.

• Built the Civil Military Advisory Group (CMAG) from its conceptual design into a functional organization.• Developed & operationalized innovative partnerships with domestic and international non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, corporate entities, and U.S. Federal Government agencies.• Launched the CMAG in Washington D.C. and built partnerships with over 50 organizations in an 8-month period.

• Commander responsible for 33 personnel including 5 Civil Affairs Teams and a 13-person Operations Cell.• Responsible for organizing, training and employing all elements forward deploying to Iraq for a 10-month period.• Advised the conduct of over 200 key leader engagements and the facilitation of over 25 humanitarian assistance projects, while providing the task force with key information on the civil environment.

• Responsible for a four-person Civil Affairs team forward deploying to Sanaa, Yemen, for a 6-month period. • Planned and supervised more than 40 Civil Affairs missions resulting in the approval of more than $2.5M in humanitarian assistance projects within various provinces across Yemen and the island of Socotra, gaining access to disaffected communities and providing invaluable information to the US Embassy and the military task force.

• Commander responsible for 209 personnel forward deploying (Operations Iraqi Freedom I) to Kuwait and ultimately Balad, Iraq for a 12-month period leading the company through extremely austere and challenging conditions. • Managed the provision of maintenance support consisting of automotive, engineer, communication/electronics, allied trades, power generation and supply support to over 35 and 150 customers respectively in Germany and Iraq.
