Some environments are, but not limited to, those of Unisys, Kronos, City of Chicago, State of Illinois, Cook County, Ciber, School districts (various locations), IBM and Post-Secondary Institutions.William Deforrest Bast Jr. is the Resource Manager and Managing Member of Total Response Technology, LLC. William has 2 years of experience as a Resource Manager in the IT and staffing industries. During his time at TRT, William has been able to secure staff to meet TRT's clients’ requirements as projects have demanded. William continues to instruct swimming/strength and conditioning privately as well.William was the Manager (Promoted from Supervisor, Lifeguard, Trainer) at Goldfish Swim School. William taught children for three and a half (3 1/2) years from the ages of two (2) months of age all the way up to twelve (12) years of age: including those with a variety of special needs; and, the swim team (a.k.a. Swim Force). Insomuch, after years of teaching, William realized his own methodologies stemming from current curriculums to progress his students in an encouraging, organic and fun environment to increase students' physically achievements.
