William has 2 years of experience as a Resource Manager in the IT and staffing industries. During his time at TRT, William has been able to secure staff to meet TRT's clients’ requirements as projects have demanded. William continues to instruct swimming/strength and conditioning privately as well.William was the Manager (Promoted from Supervisor, Lifeguard, Trainer) at Goldfish Swim School. William taught children for three and a half (3 1/2) years from the ages of two (2) months of age all the way up to twelve (12) years of age: including those with a variety of special needs; and, the swim team (a.k.a. Swim Force). Insomuch, after years of teaching, William realized his own methodologies stemming from current curriculums to progress his students in an encouraging, organic and fun environment to increase students' physically achievements.
