Mr. Davis is responsible for directing work of four Engineering and Technical Support units consisting of 45 personnel. His portfolio of weapon systems includes E-3, C-5, C-17, and C-130 aircraft. Mr. Davis supports a host of customers at Robins AFB, Tinker AFB, Hanscom AFB, and Wright-Patterson AFB. He monitors customer workload, and takes corrective action when necessary while directing RETS Section personnel to produce excellent results. Mr. Davis directs his teams to ensure projects are managed professionally and to the highest ethical standards, ensuring ARINC Quality Management Standard (QMS) is followed. Further, he is responsible for working in concert with ARINC Engineering Services (AES) Business Development to secure new business to expand business with customers and ARINC Spokesperson for existing business lines. Additionally, Mr. Davis delegates responsibility to his four Unit Managers and holds each of them accountable for their daily execution of task orders and deliverables to each assigned customer.

Manages a group of 18 logisticians and engineers who support C-5 and C-17 weapon systems at Robins AFB GA. Additionally support Link-16 secure radio and Electronic Warfare functions at Robins as well.
