We (ESB) provide one stop easy solution (Easy Business) for Frontend Restaurant (POS) with fully integrated Backoffice (Accounting, Purchasing, Financing, Production, Sales, etc)We build a Product of Restaurant Business Solution along with Restaurant Forums in Indonesia.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage team of product support specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and effective resolution of customer issues- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points and improve the overall customer experience- Develop and implement best practices for product support, including documentation, training, and processes- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that customer feedback is being effectively addressed and that customer satisfaction is continuously improving- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and assess the impact on customer support and service delivery- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, processes, and knowledge to effectively support customers- Help product team with insight of products usage aligning with customer behaviour and needs- Coordinate with Others Directorate to ensure Product/Commercial Events run smoothly, in the terms of product usage and operational things- Coordinate with 3rd party integrator if needed, regarding with product integration
