- Manage over 125 corporate client accounts- Communicate daily with North American advertisers regarding artwork status- Customer Service – Resolve client issues and questions regarding ad campaigns- Proof advertisements to ensure they are exactly to client specifications prior to print- Roll out "Message Board" campaign through distribution of message boards to clients and students- Create and present follow-up and distribution reports for clients regarding the success of various advertising and promotional campaigns

- Provide diners with quality service and overall experience- Deliver food and drink items to guests in a professional and timely manner- Continuously knowledgeable about food and drink menu changes- Use knowledge about food and drink items in conjunction with sales skills to up-sell and increase average bill per guest- Train new servers on steps of service and other vital skills to succeed in a fast paced, multi-tasking work environment

- Plan, organize, coordinate and execute seven consecutive days worth of events- Cooperate with campus partners to ensure permits are granted for every event for the duration of the week- Work within a budget of $25,000 plus revenues- Hire and manage 8 Orientation Directors and 80 Orientation Leaders- Design, order, and sell 225 Orientation Kits, which include participation in Orientation Week- Promote Orientation Week and other social events throughout the school year- Represent ~4000 York University students on Student Council

- Drive the sales of products and services by achieving sales targets- Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service- Determine needs of customer and recommend best solutions- Continuously knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions- Responsible for counting, opening, and closing cash registers as well as equipped with alarm access
