Support R&D activities as the only metallurgist in Global Research Centre (Singapore) for various applications in wind industry.1 Technical lead of a bearing materials R&D project. I have seen through completion of the project and done a proper handover to Engineering department in Danmark before i left.2 Initiated and managed a R&D project on cast iron collaborated with Prof. Shan Jiguo's team in Tsinghua University.3 Interim support at Vestas materials lab (Aarhus, Denmark) in Mar-Jun 2012. Main job scope is to do failure analysis and material evaluation, and support local manufacturing.
