@AIoT BG / AI Solution BU - Digital Image Technology division. • Led a software team of 4 engineers to develop AI algorithms based on computer vision to solve practical problems in smart manufacturing. • Experience in people management, including recruiting, new employee training, assigning work, decision-making, resource scheduling and dealing with other departments. • Built the DevOps pipeline for entire division, which is comprised of 60+ engineers, including version control, code style & quality checking, auto build & testing, software license checking, bug tracking and software online update. • Built the MLOps pipeline for entire department, which is comprised of 10 engineers, including data management (DataHub & DataCenter), model training, evaluation, monitoring and deployment. • Built the software architecture based on PyTorch for AI algorithms, which unifies interface, effectively reduce the risk of repeated development and serves as a kernel to extend other features. • Implemented and optimized the AI algorithms (Classification, Object Detection, Segmentation, Anomaly Detection) for products and projects. • Developed an integrated AI model inference engine for Edge AI that supports popular backends such as Torch, OpenVino, ONNX and TensorFlow Lite. • Project experience: > Parking Slot Solution - To identify occupations, incorrect parking, and violations with IP Cam. > AISVision: An Ease-of-use AI Toolkit and SDK (Algorithm owner) - https://iot.asus.com/products/AI-software/AISVision/ > Defect detection on metal surface (Project owner) - The first lead project of smart manufacturing for AIS.
