Mr. Wycoff has more than 40 years of extensive experience in the design and construction of highway/roadway engineering projects. He is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer (TBPE # 66890) and is pre-certified in 15 TxDOT Work Categories including Minor Roadway Design; Traffic Engineering Studies; Signing, Pavement Marking and Channelization; Bicycle and Pedestrian Development; Hydraulic Studies and Basic Hydraulic Design. He has more than 19 years of experience in transportation planning and design of urban and rural highways/roads, over 21 years of experience in highway materials and construction, and is a Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) veteran of 30 years. This experience includes the design of highways, urban and rural roadways, hike and bike trails, drainage, utilities, traffic control, pedestrian facilities and bridge layouts. He has also served as a construction project manager for TxDOT.
