- Responsible for SVW as account manager from 2007 to 2009.- KPI contains new project acquisation regarding radio, navigation, FM/AM antenna product. Receivable, annual PCR negotation, ECR neogitation, emergence issue and maintain customer relationship.- Won Passat facelift radio system and couple of models antenna project, totally around 30~40mio EUR. - Promote as key account manager and responsible for VW business overall China (SVW and FAW-VW, VGC).- Lead acquisation team with 2 years hard job to convince customer marketing/ engineering/ purchasing and gain internal support for resource release. Finally we defeat Delphi, Conti and won this significant important project (Pilot project of China strategy) called RNS315 navigation system, which is a cross 11 models and over 200mio EUR sales revenue project in 2010.
