To establish Swatch Group (SG)’s first representative office in Indonesia;• Liaise with local business agent on the registration of the Representative Office (RO) operating licenses, namely RO License from Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM); Domicile Letter; Tax Number (NPWP); Registered Company (TDP) and a work permit.• To search & select new office location taking into consideration: local property and rental markets; appropriate road & traffic network; adequate telecommunication facilities; building prestige and tenant mix that are commensurate with SG's status.• Conceptualize office design & spatial layout, negotiate with potential landlords and local contractors including supervision of workmanship and compliance with building management requirements. 2. To develop and strengthen good business relationship with local distributors and allay their concerns to maintain harmony during the establishment of the RO; 3.
