I am a client-experience driven worker within the IT purchasing and software licensing field. I believe in working with peer departments to better understand processes encompassing all aspects of business operations. Historically I have made a habit of reaching out to other departments for this big-picture understanding on my own. More recently I have engaged with leadership development courses, experience leading a small team of colleagues in a sales-operations and customer support role. I regularly attend events with our local INSHRM chapter to continue my leadership education and improvement. I have a strong personal focus on understanding and finding ways to improve efficiency in any/all operational processes. I default to an analytical mindset, searching for patterns of behavior and recurring experiences allowing me to quickly find opportunities for improvement for my teams, as well as our tools. Once I have a working knowledge of my teams/tools/products capabilities I am able to switch into a more outgoing customer-facing mindset and present these opportunities.The perfect role for me is focused on operational processes, chances to improve those that I find, and leading a team to be successful based on data analysis and interpretation.
