In this position, I was tasked with various, intense labor jobs. This included walk-mowing tees and greens, raking sand bunkers, watering dry course areas, etc. Communication in this role was very difficult. Many of my coworkers spoke hardly any English at all. I had to adapt by learning limited Spanish from my coworkers so I could communicate. This position also taught me how to communicate and serve course members to the best of my ability.
