Mr. Menadier started his full service civil engineering firm in 2022. He's an active real estate agent, serves on the City of Alachua Planning & Zoning Board, is President of his neighborhood Property Owner's Association, an active member of the Gainesville Sunshine Rotary club, and serves regularly at his Church.Mr. Menadier has extensive professional engineering experience in commercial and residential land development, land planning, utility design and stormwater analysis throughout the state of Florida. His primary experiences include managing the design and permitting of projects through various agencies; Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Transportation, and various Water Management Districts and Municipalities.Prior to starting Menadier Engineering, Mr. Menadier also served as a client manager to several municipalities ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction: Levy County, Gilchrist County, Lafayette County, Suwannee County, the City of Alachua, Walton County, the City of Freeport, and the City of DeFuniak Springs.When Mr. Menadier is not at the office, he enjoys everything outdoors from camping and fishing, to whitewater rafting and hunting sea treasures. He actively engages in his daughters schooling and gymnastics.Mr. Menadier looks forward to building lasting relationships and serving others.
